Full detached 800 sf Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) provide 2 bedroom one bath that rent for around $1500/ month and take approximately 3 months to build from permit approval to finish. They too come with appliances and are turn key and rent ready upon completion.
We have approved renters waiting to sign your lease once completed.
